PBIS users fall into one of the three groups described below. All users must be CAC-enabled and will require the completion of the Advana Simplified Onboarding process before access can be granted.

• Sensitive User - an individual who has access to acquisition-sensitive data within the ADVANA platform. These users often handle information that requires higher levels of security and access controls, such as government purchase information that may not be available in public domains.
• Non-Sensitive User - an individual who accesses non-sensitive data on the ADVANA platform. These users interact with information that does not require the same level of security controls as sensitive data. Non-sensitive users typically handle general analytics, publicly available information, or other types of data that are not subject to stringent security requirements.
