  This section contains reports designed to present contracting actions organized by each of the combatant commands (COCOMs)
• Better Buying Power Analysis Reports
  This section contains reports designed to provide information related to key Federal Procurement initiatives to increase full and open competition, increase awards to small businesses, and use of contract pricing types.
• Competition Analysis Scorecards
  This section contains scorecards designed to help organizations analyze trends in procurement competition not just for the purpose of increasing competition but also effective competition (e.g., competition with more than one offeror).
